what to expect
your charm bar appointment is a hands-on, creative experience where you'll design a piece that's uniquely yours.
the process
- choose your chain – select from our collection of stainless steel chains in various lengths and styles
- pick your charms – browse hundreds of curated charms including initials, symbols, birthstones, and seasonal designs
- design your layout – work with our team to arrange your charms and finalize your design
- take it home – our team assembles your piece on the spot, so it is ready to wear or gift the same day
timing & pricing
most appointments take 15–30 minutes, depending on how many charms you're adding and how much time you want to browse. pricing starts at $65 and varies based on your chain selection and number of charms.
reserve your appointment
walk-ins accepted depending on availability, but reservations are recommended, especially on weekends, as saturdays typically book up about a week in advance. you can reserve a time on our calendar below to ensure a spot for individuals or smaller groups, or book a private party here for 6 or more guests!
planning a larger event?
host your own private charm bar party where your guests design and assemble their own charm pieces with guidance from our team. we provide the space, supplies, and expertise—you and your group do the creating!

you can reschedule or cancel your appointment through the confirmation email you'll receive after booking.
can I add charms to an existing necklace?
yes! bring your charm necklace and we can add new charms during your appointment.
do I need an appointment to purchase individual charms?
no appointment needed! you can purchase individual charms during our regular store hours. appointments are only recommended if you'd like our team to assemble a full charm necklace or bracelet for you.
do you offer gift cards?
absolutely. shop gift cards here.
