As a Keyholder for City and Stars, you will help manage relationships, internally with our team, and externally with our customers and community. We are seeking a dynamic, creative and analytical leader to support our growing team! Our ideal Keyholder is an organized, goal-oriented team-player who likes to think outside of the box and isn't afraid to try new things!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and close the store, before and after daily operations, ensuring the store is presentable and creates a positive environment for customers
• Manage incoming inventory for e-commerce and in-store
• Analyze inventory and find creative ways to generate traffic and drive sales
• Set goals with the team and create plans to meet deadlines
• Assist with coordinating and hosting events, both in-store and in the community
• Assist in training sales associates on store operations, policies, and procedures
• Assume sales associate and manager duties, as needed

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Retail experience required
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Stay up-to-date with current inventory and product knowledge, as well as trends in the industry
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited/no mistakes
• Attention to detail
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, able to problem-solve independently and prioritize tasks
• Flexible schedule - available in-store 10-20 hours per week, including holidays and weekends
• Able to maneuver around sales floor and lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Comfortable in front of the camera
• Basic photography skills
• Experience with event planning
• Ability to travel to pop-ups in the Oklahoma City area and beyond (Kansas City)
